What is Easy Citrus?

Easy Citrus LLC is a Waxhaw, North Carolina–based brand founded by Hilda, a cleaning professional with over 20 years of experience. We create concentrated, natural cleaning products inspired by a conscious, minimalist lifestyle — effective, gentle formulas that care for your home, your skin, and the environment.

What makes your products different?

Our products are concentrated (a little goes a long way), versatile (each formula covers an entire surface area), free from harsh chemicals, and thoughtfully packaged with minimal waste in mind. Every formula has been personally tested and perfected in real homes over years of use.

What products do you offer?

We currently offer four concentrated cleaners:

Are your products safe for use around children and pets?

Our formulas are made with gentle, natural ingredients free from harsh chemicals. As with all cleaning products, we recommend keeping them out of reach of children and pets and following the usage instructions on each label. If you have specific concerns, please contact us before purchasing.

Orders & Payments


How do I place an order?

Visit our online shop at www.easycitrus.com/shop, select the product you'd like to purchase, and click Buy Now. You'll be directed to the checkout page where you can choose your desired quantity, enter your shipping and payment details, and click Buy Now to complete your purchase.

Note: At this time, we do not yet support a multi-product cart.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, and Apple Pay. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible at easycitruspro@gmail.com or (704) 207-4390. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been fulfilled. If an order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Is it safe to shop on your website?
